How much does your service cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the level of need, delivery model (1:1 or small group), duration, and setting. We provide final costs agreed following a discussion to ensure the support is appropriate and cost-effective.
Do you offer fixed prices or flexible commissioning?
We offer flexible commissioning models, including day rates, short-term programmes, block commissioning, and pilot arrangements. This allows schools and Local Authorities to commission support that fits their budget and priorities.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Support is usually delivered as time-limited interventions with clear start and end points. There is no long-term commitment unless agreed following review and evidence of impact.
What is included in the cost?
All pricing includes:
Planning and preparation
Intervention delivery
Safeguarding and supervision
Review meetings and feedback
Outcome tracking and reporting
There are no hidden or additional fees.
Can the service be commissioned using SEND or inclusion funding?
Yes. Schools often commission our support using SEND, inclusion, SEMH, or pastoral budgets, and Local Authorities may commission through targeted funding streams or pilot arrangements.
Do you offer pilot programmes?
Yes. Where appropriate, we offer pilot or trial programmes to allow schools or Local Authorities to evaluate impact before committing to longer-term or wider commissioning.
How quickly can support start after commissioning?
Once needs are agreed and commissioning is confirmed, we aim to begin support as quickly as possible, subject to safeguarding checks and availability.
How do you demonstrate value for money?
We provide clear outcome reporting linked to the agreed focus of the intervention, helping commissioners understand impact and inform next steps.
Do you work alongside existing school or LA services?
Yes. Our service is designed to complement existing provision, sitting between universal support and specialist services, without duplication.
Who should contact you to discuss commissioning?
We welcome enquiries from Headteachers, SENCOs, DSLs, inclusion leads, Virtual Schools, and commissioning teams.
If you’re unsure whether our service is the right fit, we’re happy to have an initial conversation to explore options.
