Senior practitioner & lead specialist
The Senior Practitioner / Lead Behaviour Specialist provides professional oversight of behaviour and wellbeing interventions, leading assessment, consultation, and planning. The role oversees Behaviour Mentors, quality-assures delivery and records, and acts as a key link with schools and Local Authorities to ensure safe, tailored, and effective support.
Behaviour & Wellbeing Mentor
The Behaviour & Wellbeing Mentor delivers structured 1:1 and small-group sessions, supporting pupils’ emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement. The role focuses on building positive relationships, delivering planned interventions, and completing session records to support quality and safeguarding oversight.
